Nutrition Coaching
As a nutrition coaching client, we work directly one on one to break down your goals and habits. Weekly check ins. A private support group that is 24/7 and consistent mentoring to reach your goals.
Business Coaching
As a business coaching client, we work one on one for 90 days minimum to truly mentor each level of your business goals. We cover everything from Leadership, Branding, Time Management, Social Media, Networking, Content creation... All Of It.
Speaking Engagements

When I first started working with Stephanie she would ask questions that I never had been asked before. For example, what is something you would want to do if money wasn't an issue.
